FAQ
Everything you need to know about working with The Premium Concierge. If your question is not here, ask us directly.
If you are spending more than 5 hours a week on calendar management, email, travel, or operations — you are ready. If you are a founder doing $500K+ in annual revenue, you are definitely ready.
Book a 15-minute fit call. We learn about your business, your bottlenecks, and what leverage looks like for you. You ask questions. We tell you exactly what we can do and what it costs. No pressure, no pitch.
After your fit call, we can have you onboarded within 48 hours for Essential and Executive plans. White-Glove may take up to one week for the additional setup and backup EA assignment.
No. We ask for a 3-month initial commitment after your trial month, then it is month-to-month with 30 days notice. We would rather you stay because we deliver, not because you are locked in.
Calendar management, inbox triage, travel booking, meeting prep, project coordination, CRM updates, vendor management, and anything else that is operational. Think of them as the person who handles everything that is not a core business decision.
Yes, but that is not their primary role. Their core job is to manage your operations so you can focus on high-value work. If you need someone to work on projects, that is more of a project manager or operations manager role.
Tell us. If it is reasonable and fits within the service level, we handle it. If it is a bigger project, we scope it separately and discuss pricing. We are flexible.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time with 30 days notice. We adjust your service level seamlessly.
Your first month is a trial. If we do not deliver meaningful results, you owe nothing. After that, if there is an issue, we work with you to fix it or part ways with no hard feelings.
Your first month on any managed plan is a trial. You pay after the month is complete. If we do not save you meaningful time or you are not satisfied with the quality of support, you owe nothing. No invoices, no awkward conversations, no strings attached.
After the trial month, we ask for a 3-month initial commitment to give the relationship time to develop. After that, month-to-month with 30 days notice.
You can. The buyout fee is 15-25% of your annual plan cost. At $4,000/month, that is $7,200 to $12,000. For context, some agencies charge $20,000 to $24,000 for the same thing. We would rather you keep working with us, but we will never hold you hostage.
Not currently. We keep pricing simple and transparent. Month-to-month gives you flexibility, and we do not charge extra for it.
On managed plans, we handle all of it: payroll, taxes, compliance, workers comp. You just pay the monthly fee. On placement plans, the candidate is your direct hire, so you handle those details (or we can refer you to a PEO).
Your EA signs an NDA before day one. We use secure tools for all communications and data storage. Your information is treated with the same confidentiality as if you hired someone in-house.
Yes, that is how they manage them. We use OAuth and secure integrations so they never see your passwords. You can revoke access at any time.
That is fair. But most founders find that the quality of support matters more than location. Our EAs are vetted, trained, and managed to the same standard regardless of where they are. That said, if you prefer someone local, let us know and we can discuss options.
Every EA goes through a rigorous vetting process: skills testing, structured interviews, reference checks, and culture-fit assessment. After onboarding, we do weekly quality checks, performance reviews, and ongoing training. You also have direct feedback channels to us.
On Executive and White-Glove plans, you have backup EA coverage. On Essential, we provide temporary coverage while we find a replacement. We never leave you without support.
