These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Premium Concierge's website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Premium Concierge provides executive support services, talent placement, and AI operations automation. Our services are provided on a monthly basis as described in our pricing and service level agreements.
Your first month on any managed plan is a trial period. You pay after the month is complete. If we do not deliver meaningful results or you are not satisfied with the quality of support, you owe nothing. This guarantee applies to managed support plans only.
After the trial month, we ask for a 3-month initial commitment. After that, services are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. No long-term contracts are required.
Invoices are due upon receipt. We accept credit cards and bank transfers. Payments are non-refundable except as specified in our trial month guarantee.
All team members sign non-disclosure agreements before engaging with clients. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information, data, and operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Premium Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Premium Concierge or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Premium Concierge operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
